Biceps exercise at home:

  1. Push-ups: While push-ups primarily work your chest and triceps, they also engage your biceps. To focus more on your biceps, try doing diamond push-ups or close-grip push-ups, which require you to place your hands closer together.

  2. Chin-ups: Chin-ups are a great exercise for targeting your biceps. Find a sturdy bar or beam to hang from, and pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar. Lower yourself back down slowly and repeat.

  3. Dumbbell curls: Dumbbell curls are a classic bicep exercise that you can do at home. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and curl them up toward your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body. Lower the weights back down slowly and repeat.

  4. Resistance band curls: If you don't have dumbbells, you can use resistance bands instead. Step on the band with one foot and hold the other end with your hand. Curl the band up toward your shoulder, keeping your elbow close to your body. Lower the band back down slowly and repeat.

  5. Isometric holds: Isometric holds involve holding a weight or object in a static position to engage your muscles. Hold a heavy object like a book or gallon of water with both hands and keep your arms straight at your sides for as long as you can.

Remember to maintain proper form and start with lighter weights if you're new to these exercises. Gradually increase the biceps as you get stronger.
